Patricia L. Devonshire is a Certified Safety Professional in Comprehensive Practice by two-part examination and an Independent Consulting Partner with PetroSafe Technologies, Inc. Ms. Devonshire is based in Colleyville, TX and has more than 30 years of plant level experience managing and implementing Safety, Contractor Safety, Fire Protection, Emergency Response, and Occupational Health programs in the Chemical, Refining, High Tech, Research, and Aerospace industries.

Ms. Devonshire holds Bachelor of Science degrees from Oklahoma State University in Safety and Fire Protection Engineering Technology and Business Administration. She is a Certified “Master Instructor” on the fire ground with the Texas A&M Industrial Fire School and Lamar University and an authorized Instructor for the OSHA Outreach Program for General Industry and Construction. She has been involved in developing and delivering many Health, Safety, Fire Protection, and Emergency Response training programs that meet regulatory standards requirements. She served as a member of the Oklahoma State University Advisory Board to the School of Safety and Fire Protection Engineering Technology for 16 years. Ms. is a member of ASSE and NFPA, currently serving as the Vice President of the Ft. Worth, Texas ASSE Chapter.
