| Description: | This two day (16-hour) program provides valuable information on the design features of above-ground, low pressure tanks used for storage of flammable and combustible liquids. The program highlights the common causes of accidents associated with the various tank designs including, cone roof tanks, open top floating roof tanks, covered floating roof tanks, and horizontal tanks. This program includes a review of safety features including secondary containment systems, instrumentation, spill and overflow protection, foam systems, and other fire protection features.
